We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Bruce and Lisa, and we own and manage the apartment complex. We personally select all the tenants, and strive to maintain a clean, quiet and respectful community of friendly and approachable people.


Bruce does most of the maintenance himself, and stays in touch with any problems personally. He also has a Rolodex of contractors for any extensive work. 


We have an on-site manager Tatiana, who takes care of local issues and does showings for prospective tenants. One of our tenants is also our groundskeeper, so the place is kept neat and clean!
