The Courtyard Village Apartments is an apartment complex at 1690 N Tracy Blvd, in Tracy, CA. We are a quiet, clean and well-managed apartment complex with 32 spacious units, a pool, fitness center and covered parking, all at reasonable rates.

We have a large swimming pool with pool furniture and a shade pavilion on one end. The pool is fully surrounded by locked gates for child safety, and is cleaned and checked three times a week for cleanliness and water clarity.

Our fitness center is spacious, air-conditioned, and is free for all residents.  The weight machine is professionally maintained and has a variety of stations.
Our units are some of the largest apartment homes in the greater Tracy area. They were recently renovated with new carpet, paint, countertops and other improvements. 
Courtyard Village was awarded "Best of Tracy" for 2015 apartment buildings. This award reflects the care and effort we put into the building, the selection of tenants, and our dedication to customer service.
